In just over a year of use, IBM Maximo has proven to be a good and efficient investment. In the next step, we plan to extend the use to all machine operators and shift managers. Workers will themselves report breakdowns or claims directly to IBM Maximo. Shift and production managers will have a direct view of the status of their equipment or products.
