On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, Kopa participated in the International Meeting with employers, practical education mentors, students, and lecturers, held at the amphitheater of the new building of the Slovenj Gradec School Center. The event, which connects experienced mentors, companies, and young talents, was an excellent opportunity to present our solutions and achievements that support the development of competencies and innovation in the business world.
Our representative, Mag. Domen Ocepek, presented Kopa’s solutions for the development of HR competencies to the attendees. Alongside him, two interns, Miha Hafner and Žan Pavlič, actively participated in the event, presenting concrete projects they developed through their internship at Kopa. The students introduced:
- The “Memory” game, designed as an interactive tool, which was successfully used at the HR Congress to promote HR skills.
- A solution for advanced competency management, which brought Kopa the silver award from the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia.
We are proud to see how young talents, with their energy, fresh ideas, and innovative approach, contribute to the progress of our company and the broader business community. Mentorship is extremely important to us because we believe that with the right support, we can help young people develop skills and strengthen competencies that are crucial for the future.
This event was another important step in connecting Kopa with young people, as together with their fresh ideas and our experience, we create opportunities for innovation.
